What Happened in the Maker Lab today (or, Valentines Day in the Maker Lab)?

Several teachers, staff and students joined us today for a Valentines Day "Procrastinator's Special" in the Maker Lab. Maker-in-residence, Brian McHugh, had a wide range of rich materials for participants to create cards for their special loved ones.

We even had a special guest, Hannah Reimer, join us for the session. Hannah is a 7th grade teacher from Milwaukee, WI who is in San Francisco for a conference. Hannah and I worked together at the University School of Milwaukee.

We hope to see you in the Maker Lab during an upcoming White period this semester.

Keep on creating!

Adults from the SHC community often show up to try their hand in designing and making. Pictured here is Carol Collins, who stopped by to create cards for her family members!
